Refunds & Cancellations
At EZ Mobile DNA, all sales are final once a test has been performed or once DNA kits or supplies have been shipped. Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without incurring a fee.
Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative service fee.
If a recollection is required and a participant is unwilling or unable to comply, no refund will be issued. However, the appointment may be rescheduled.
Estimated turnaround times are discussed during scheduling and confirmed at the time of collection. While we aim to deliver results promptly, occasional delays may occur.
Please note: once testing has begun, refunds are not available under any circumstances.
